Refund Policy

• Bad Weather: If the weather makes the session unsafe or unsuitable, you get a full refund or reschedule.

• Customer Cancellation:

  • More than 48 hours before the session → Refund or reschedule.

  • Less than 48 hours before the session → No refund, but you may reschedule once.

• No-Shows: No refund.

• Operator Cancellation: If we cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund.
